Make sure that your EPC is rated minimum “E” whether you are a landlord or a tenant.  Since April 2019, it is a legal requirement for all rented properties. Failure to comply could lead to a fine of up to £5,000 per property. (more…)

The Tenant Fees Ban or “Tenant Fees Act 2019” applies to all new tenancy agreements entered on and after the 1st of June 2019.
