• Purchase: 1% of the final purchase price for acquisition (minimum £5,000)
• Letting: 2 weeks rent for rental search (minimum £3,000)

RESIDENTIAL LETTING

LANDLORD

• Finding a tenant: 8.5%
  Renewal/Extension: 4.25%
• Finding a tenant and collecting the rent: 10%
  Renewal/Extension: 5%
• Finding a tenant, collecting the rent and maintaining the property: 15%
  Renewal/Extension: 7%

VIEW OUR LETTING SERVICES

TENANT

• Loss of keys (cost on receipt)
• Unpaid Rent / Returned Payments
  Interest at 3% above Barclays Bank PLC Rate from date due.
• Cleaning
  The property must be returned in the same condition as when it was received. A reasonable charge will be deducted from the Security Deposit if the cleaning has not been carried out satisfactorily at the end of the tenancy.
